Financial Sector

Luxembourg's financial sector is built on a robust legal and regulatory framework governing a wide range of regulated and non-regulated financial entities. We provide audit, assurance and advisory services tailored to the specific requirements of financial market participants.

Securitisation Vehicles

Securitisation vehicles are governed by the Luxembourg Law of 22 March 2004 on securitisation, as amended. They allow the acquisition or assumption of risks and the financing of such risks through the issuance of securities or other financial instruments.

Our team has significant experience auditing securitisation vehicles across a wide range of asset classes and financing structures, including multi-compartment platforms and cross-border transactions.

Professionals of the Financial Sector (PSF)

2. Specialized PSF

Entities performing specific financial sector activities, including family office services and administrative functions.

3. Support PSF

Support PSFs provide operational and technological services to financial institutions, including IT systems operators, communication network operators and dematerialisation service providers.

Our team has experience auditing a broad range of regulated financial sector entities and assists clients in meeting their financial reporting, governance and regulatory obligations.
